I decided I needed a place to vent and/or to celebrate about writing. I'm a Wordsmith: stories, novels, poems, religious statements, political commentaries. I Post on writing: how to-venting-updates on my writing, and on anything I'm excited about. I will also be posting a story or three. And I review on books and /or writers I'm reading and anything else that might strike my fancy such as concerts I've been to, adventure dreams I recall etc..
Only problem with sending stories out is that rejections come back. Of course my stories don't fit they needs right now, my writing never fits their needs.
I must be dense tonight,_I got to sleep late last night- because I'm not sure what you mean by "better markets than the present one".
One writer I knew said he actually was taping them to his wall like wallpaper. But I have too many of them in the last five years. These days half of them are electronic.
There are better markets than the present one. Economy's hitting publishers, too, y'know.
